The property is in excellent condition inside and outside. Take a look at the video on the Home page and encourage your clients to study it; you can save valuable time. If the unit does not fit their needs, you don’t need to show it, and if they like it they can download the Leasing Application and get it in to us before you show them the property.

Guide your clients through the application and leasing process. Once a lease has been signed, we will meet with the new tenants at the property to give them keys, go over property details and receive their deposit and first month rent, which is due in certified funds. If they take possession in the middle of the month, a full month’s rent will be due along with the deposit; rent on the second month will be adjusted for days not occupied the first month.
